Terms of service

This Public Offer Agreement  is a binding offer by Bullmint.eu  to any individual or entity  to purchase items from, or sell items to, the Company through [https://www.bullmint.eu]. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you accept this Agreement in full.

1. Our Commitment to Trust and Authenticity
Trust is the foundation of everything we do. Every item we offer for sale is personally examined and verified by experienced professionals on our team before it's ever listed. We stand behind what we sell — you can expect every piece to be authentic and accurately described.

2. Buying From You
We're always glad to purchase items from our customers, whether it's a single piece or an entire collection. We offer a completely free appraisal with no obligation — submitting an item for review doesn't commit you to sell, and it doesn't commit us to buy. If we make you an offer after appraisal, it's entirely your choice whether to accept it.

3. Orders
An order is only confirmed once we send you written confirmation. Listing an item on our site is an invitation to order, not a guaranteed sale — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, failed verification).

4. Price, Payment & Delivery
Prices, payment methods, and delivery terms are shown at checkout or agreed in writing for buy-back transactions. Risk passes to you upon delivery for items we sell you; risk on items you send us remains with you until we receive them.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with an equivalent legal right may withdraw from a purchase within the period required by their local law (typically 14 days), subject to standard exceptions (e.g. items whose value depends on market fluctuations). Customers in Ukraine and Moldova retain all withdrawal and return rights granted under their national consumer protection laws.

6. Returns & Complaints
If an item doesn't match its description, contact us at mainofficealerts1@gmail.com with details. We investigate every complaint in good faith and will offer a repair, replacement, price adjustment, or refund as appropriate, in line with your local consumer protection rights.

7. Compliance
When selling to us, you confirm you're the lawful owner of the item and that it's free of any third-party claim. We may request ID and information on an item's origin to comply with anti-money-laundering and precious-metals trading regulations, and may decline a transaction where required by law.

8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific item in question, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, personal injury).

9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version is always posted here. Changes don't apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, and otherwise by the laws of [Governing Law Jurisdiction]. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith discussion; EU/UK customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
